Gary& John from Finish Line set me up with an appointment shortly after I called. They were very helpful and sent Their techs out to take care of my plumbing issue. Both arrived, was very professional, and solved my problem in within minutes. Extremely thankful for their service especially for coming out while this pandemic is in effect. They wore mask & shoe cover , great customer service, price was good satisfied with the finished service . Thanks! Definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their responsiveness time to my initial request was well under an hour and a few hours later I received a call that one of the guys had a cancellation and they could come out that day to replace our toilet. Unfortunately, since we were upgrading to a new ADA approved and elongated toilet, the one they brought did not fit due to our radiators along the wall. So, they fixed the existing toilet to work and immediately ordered the ADA approved and elongated toilet that would fit in our bathroom with the radiators along the wall. This was just before the Memorial Day holiday weekend, and the day after Memorial Day, I received a call that the toilet was in and they could come out the next day to install it. Pete arrived in the afternoon and had the job done in no time. When he was running a bit behind, we received a call from Stacy letting us know he was on his way but would be a little late. Communications with this company are outstanding. Although the quote was a little higher than others we received, the quality of work and the responsiveness to our needs are worth every penny. Some plumbers I had called using local white pages did not even return my call.
Hopefully we won't have any plumbing needs in the near future, but when we do, our first call will be to Solution Based Plumbing and Heating!
