I was nervous at first thinking that the sink not draining was just an issue with our old house, but we had a great experience with the representative from Zoom Drain that came out and kept at it until our sink fully drained and worked again. We haven't had an issue since! Would definitely call again if we encountered the same issue - so easy and such a relief to have it fixed!

Tub drain blocked- contacted Zoom from Thumbtack and they were here an hour later on a Sunday afternoon. Conor Crist was the technician and he did a GREAT job. He found a bottle cap stuck in the drain and was able to remove it quickly. Can’t say enough- I’d highly recommend them and Conor.

We give free estimates and we don't perform any work without your authorization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
