I found Vladimir to be responsive from the first contact and he either took my call or returned it fairly quickly. He did an amazing job with an apartment turnover, I continue to engage him for another turnover and he is now my GO TO GUY for property maintenance and turnovers. Even when he was traveling, his team kept on working and kept good communication which is often lacking in some contractors/handyman. He even helped me out with maintenance at my other property in the area at a short notice. Could Not be HAPPIER!!

I am going to give this handyman 5 stars for professionalism and responsiveness. I am certain, after reading his other reviews, that he is the right guy for the job, with a minor catch for some. Given that I am not willing to pay cash to people I do not know, and have a requirement that credit cards be accepted for payment, at least initially, until I have an opportunity to get to know them, this did not pan out for me and Vladimir. I am sure he accepts other payment methods, and this should in no way cause you hesitation if paying with cash or check works for you. I no longer have checks, and I don't like having cash around, as the world is getting crazier by the day.
