I was happy with Kirk, the plumbing professional who did our job. Very courteous and friendly person and was able to give us estimates. I did feel the prices were above average for some jobs, but to be fair, I was able to choose what I needed him to do and what not. Thanks for that transparency. Overall, it was a good experience.

I needed a corroded, hot water shutoff valve for my washer replaced and it was so corroded that I could not get it off with the force I was willing to apply and they got it off for me in no time at all and replaced it with the provided valve. The price was reasonable for the work done.

They are very responsive , on time and polite, however, there has been a disconnect between dispatching office and the contractor; the web says free onsite estimate but the contractor would charge me fees for coming out if not moving forward; the estimate is a bit on high end, I spent $350 +tax for fixing just a pipe crack. Which I think could be over charged for such a small work.
