Terms and conditions
1. Payment Terms: Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of the invoice. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1% of the
invoice amount for each day the payment is overdue.
2. Warranty:
• Pipeline Installation: 6 months.
• Replacement of Equipment (faucets, valves, etc.): 8 months.
• Installation of Plumbing Fixtures (toilets, sinks, showers): 1 year.
• Repair of Pipes or Plumbing Equipment: 6 months.
• Drainage Systems and Sewer Cleaning: 3 months.

The warranty covers the quality of the work and materials provided by us, provided that proper usage and no external interference are
maintained. The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors or misuse.
3. Cost Estimation: Any preliminary cost estimate may be adjusted if additional work or materials are required that fall outside the
initial scope of the project.
4. Access and Safety: The client must provide safe access to the work site and ensure the availability of necessary utilities (water,
electricity) during the work.
5. Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled work time may incur a cancellation fee of 15% of the
order amount.
6. Liability: We are not liable for existing plumbing issues or damage caused by external factors.
7. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes, we are always open to constructive dialogue and finding a mutually agreeable
solution. If the issue cannot be resolved through negotiation, disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of the state of
Pennsylvania, USA.
