He was able to explain the process and what needed to be done and was able to successfully install a drainage pipe and waterline. We ran into a small issue but Vu generously came back and help resolve the issue. Overall he was very professional, quick, and makes sure you’re happy with the results. After finding the part, I had some questions that the employees didn't know how to answer. An employee for pilot plumbing was picking up supplies, too. Not only did he know how to answer it, but then he went on to show how to correctly install it the first time so I don't have to take it apart and turn it around. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me. With employees like him, I would trust this company to do good and honest work."See more

He was very quick at replacing both pipes and had our water restored very quickly. I will use his services again when we need plumbing work done and I strongly recommend his services."See more
