I haven't used their service, but if I ever need a plumber, they are who I am going to call. I wasin a plumbing supply store trying to find a part to fix my sink. After finding the part, I had some questions that the employees didn't know how to answer. An employee for pilot plumbing was picking up supplies, too. Not only did he know how to answer it, but then he went on to show how to correctly install it the first time so I don't have to take it apart and turn it around. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me. With employees like him, I would trust this company to do good and honest work.

I had Brandon come out and evaluate my needs. Needed a leak fixed (pipe replacement) and a toilet water inlet valve replaced. It seemed like his boss was in communication the whole time (almost like he wasn't trusted to do the work). He went out to his truck for about 15 minutes, came back in with a price that really seemed high for a 1.5 hour job. Almost $1200). I didn't have time to do it myself at the moment so I told him let's get it done. I put down half and it was agreed between him and his boys he would return the next day (in the early morning 8ish) to do the work it was getting close to noon and still nothing. I called and found out I want even on the schedule. Needless to say I canceled the work and did it myself for under $100. Then it took awhile to get my down payment back.

Dispatch was very friendly and compassionate after we called after hours when we discovered a leak in our crawlspace. Chris came out within 30 minutes, investigated and showed us pictures of the Gave us multiple options and and gave us a great deal on financing. Scheduled a repair for next day, and gave us rapid peace of mind in a stressful situation! Highly recommended.
