I haven't used their service, but if I ever need a plumber, they are who I am going to call. I wasin a plumbing supply store trying to find a part to fix my sink. After finding the part, I had some questions that the employees didn't know how to answer. An employee for pilot plumbing was picking up supplies, too. Not only did he know how to answer it, but then he went on to show how to correctly install it the first time so I don't have to take it apart and turn it around. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me. With employees like him, I would trust this company to do good and honest work.

Dispatch was very friendly and compassionate after we called after hours when we discovered a leak in our crawlspace. Chris came out within 30 minutes, investigated and showed us pictures of the Gave us multiple options and and gave us a great deal on financing. Scheduled a repair for next day, and gave us rapid peace of mind in a stressful situation! Highly recommended.
