- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
t's very easy to work with Pilot Plumbing and Drain. First, we take your phone call/message and book you into our system. Second, we notify you when we're on the way, and third, upon arrival, we thoroughly evaluate your home's plumbing system to provide you with options from our findings. Fourth you select which option works best for you, and fifth we do the work to your satisfaction!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do weekly safety, customer experience, and technical training. We're well-rounded to make sure your experience is amazing!
