The plumber was professional and timely in responding to our request for an estimate and provided the service for free. We choose another plumber that was less expensive and had previously worked with the encapsulation company we are using.

Plumber went to truck for ~60 minutes talking on the phone and intermittently looking inside the truck, came back saying it was "backend" effort to create a high repair quote (of 1 basic item); at minimum this smells of paying for inefficiency. The actual repair was 20 minutes from signature to departure.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it very easy to work with Pilot Plumbing and Drain. First, we take your phone call/message and book you into our system. Second, we notify you when we're on the way, and third, upon arrival, we thoroughly evaluate your home's plumbing system to provide you with options from our findings. Fourth you select which option works best for you, and fifth we do the work to your satisfaction!
