Jake from Goodman Septic came out to my farm as a follow up inspection and drainage for my very old and very dated farmhouse. I had been given incorrect information about my septic system during inspections a year prior, and Jake cleared all of that up. He was very familiar with the setup for my old farm, did a fantastic job explaining what he was seeing and what I needed to do for proper maintenance and care. He also respected my old dog's strong desire to supervise him and participate in the whole process, standing six inches away from Jake's face during the entirety of the visit. Double thumbs up to Jake and Shannon at Goodman.

Goodman septic and the people are amazing! They were fast fixed what we needed, followed up with great customer service and they are reliable. They serviced, pumped and replaced what was needed. Saved us from having to spend way more than needed. I highly recommended them.

Throughout the whole process beginning with our pre-purchase home inspection Goodman Septic was fantastic. The office team was quick with replies, clear messaging, and very kind. Jake was fast and efficient with the repairs and the recommended upgrades that will benefit us with future service calls. Jake is not only amicable but a great communicator and listener. Jake was patient with all my questions, taking the time to be sure I understood the information he was sharing, and that any concerns I had were addressed. I asked on NextDoor for recommendations for a reasonable septic company. What I got back was almost completely "Goodman's"From my first contact with Shannon in customer service to the two crews who did the work everything was professional and done on the same day it was started. the process was explained and questions answered. I will use Goodman's from now on.

The the entire team from the office to the crew who serviced my septic was honest, on time, and thorough. The price per gallon quote I was given by the office was what I was charged. The team took extra time to help me understand a few aspects of my system with pictures and careful explanations. I will definitely hire them again.
