George came out to install our water heater and fix a few pipe issues. He did a fantastic job with both, and even came back a second time to help fix some valve concerns in our sink. Additionally, he has raised concern with some other old pipes and the importance to replace those. He’s very attentive and knowledgeable. His quality of work is high and we are satisfied with his business!

George is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his field. He did a really tough job for us replacing all our galvanized pipes and fixing the errors from DIY jobs of the previous home owner. He kept us in the loop at every step. Most importantly he fixed all the critical issues, and ways to extend the lifetime of our water heater, all while keeping at our budget. In the beginning, we had other plumbers assess our new home and George was the only one who was able to point out things that no one else warned us about. My husband and I agree he will be our plumbing guy moving forward for all our needs. Thank you!

I had a leaking overflow drain in an old tub that needed to be fixed. I reached out to Drain Doctor Inc and George got right back to me and was able to put me on the schedule quickly. He came to evaluate the problem. I appreciate the quick scheduling and professionalism, but one thing that really stood out about George was that he gave me options: replace a gasket which would have been very low labor time and low cost, or replace the overflow pipe with the overflow and tub drain. This was the more expensive option - again due to time and labor put in. I went with option two simply because the house is old and I felt this was the right way to go for a more thorough solution. But the fact that I was given an option here is huge: I believe he could have easily said to simply replace the wholesale thing right off the bat. So knowing I have a professional who will give me reasonable options and use a level of discernment is a big deal to me. He also took pictures and video after the repair to show me the work. I woukd recommended Drain Doctor Inc and would definitely work with them in the future. Thank you George for your help!

I have worked with other plumbing company’s learning the trade. Big projects and small projects. Learning how to sweat copper pipes, install main line clean outs, clean drains, install garbage disposals, build p-traps configurations, install refrigerator lines, snake outside drains, install shower valves, and water heaters. The two company’s I worked for had there contracting license so I did these bigger jobs under there license., working with other guys training me.
