When he tackles a job, the results are always 100% to your satisfaction. He believes in going the extra mile. I have heard reports of calling a repairman and either they don’t call back or if they do show up they are late with no notice to you that they will be late. Sometimes the job is not done to your satisfaction and when you try to get the repairman back he doesn’t respond. I can guarantee this will not happen with Michael. I could not let the water just go down the drain- so I caught it in buckets and transferred to my washer. I was very frustrated and called other plumbers but they all wanted to tear my wall apart at very great expense. I called Josh and he took a look, went to get some parts, replaced the cartridges and I could beleive it fixed so easily, quickly, and it was affordable! I recommended him to my friend who needed her toilet replaced."See more
