Best plumbing experience ever! I got a response from Jerry within 30 minutes, 3 hours later he was at my house. I got the answers to all my questions. No show for 2:00 pm appointment on January 29. No email or text notice to me. Turns out that the plumber said he tried to call me the day of the appointment and I did not answer the phone. Therefore, plumber cancelled. To be clear, I have no record of a phone call, text, voice mail, or message on the Thumbtack app from Ever Underground Plumbing. Clearly a communication issue. Nobody happy.
