Vale, the installer had to return the following day as he planned after he located a special plumbing part needed to resolve my sink drainage problem and to complete his plumbing work at no extra charge, which was very reasonable to begin with, and at the same dollar amoun as his initial estimate. I had a leaky faucet and needed help changing it as well to install some more equipment. I tried to do this with another plumber but ended up with an open uninstalled faucet and without the right pieces, it was a messy and he was trying different approaches as things got worse. After that awful experience needed more help.
I called Swags Plumbing and Rooter, and they knew what was my issue and were able to help me after a call! They were punctual and explained me why the previous approaches failed and gave me a further plumbing health checks to verify that there weren't any other issues.
They even helped me installing my new irrigator and made sure it was working properly, they even helped me cleaning up the messy fixes of the previous guy. I'm super happy with their work and working with my HOA so they can help us with more work.

Ever and his crew did an excellent job tracking down a cracked pipe that was letting in sewer flies. He crawled under the house, sent cameras and air hoses down to investigate, and located the pipe with tree roots through it. He dug down through 9 feet of concrete and dirt to get to the pipe, replaced it with a new ABS pipe with high-end couplers, and refilled the hole in a single day. I highly recommend Ever and will hire him again the next time I have any plumbing problem.

He is prompt and upfront in communication, and did not compromise the quality of the work done. Value for what I paid!
We had a delicate job that involved removing a glued raised sink on a glass counter of the vanity in bathroom. I was impressed by the skill and thinking used by his cousin in removing that sink carefully, rather than using brut force.

I highly recommend Adhemar for any plumbing needs! After a pipe burst outside my mother-in-law’s house, we had to shut off the water to the entire home. We had received what seemed like a high quote from another company without a clear explanation of whether it would fully fix the problem. Adhemar came out promptly, gave us a reasonable quote, and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and explain everything to us. He fixed the problem in under an hour, and we are now having him return to update the overall system. His work is fantastic, and we completely trust him to handle future projects.
