I wanted to share my recent experience with your technician. He showed up pretty late, way beyond the scheduled time, which was a hassle for me since I was tight on time after my meetings. He finally rolled in around 5 pm. I originally asked for an estimate on a new system, not a diagnosis or fixing the current AC. But the guy insisted on checking it out and said he found a bad capacitor. The thing is, he didn’t actually replace it and pushed that job to tomorrow. I even offered a later slot, but turns out he didn’t have the part he needed in his car, which felt like a mechanic without a jumpstart. So now I’m left wondering if that capacitor was really the issue with my AC. Because of this, I didn’t give him another shot to come back. Punctuality and being prepared are pretty important to me when I’m picking a service provider. Unfortunately, this time those boxes weren’t ticked. And to top it off, I noticed I got charged for an AC tune-up!
