Called them around 3pm -- arrived same day at 5pm . Had a clogged kitchen drain due to which kitchen sink was flooding .
Called Cathy at Super Brothers and they arrived same day. Rate quoted was better than the 5 other places I called . Valentine even shared the pictures of the work and showed me why drain was clogged. Cleaned up after service was done and put cleanoutback as it was . Highly recommend them. They may have a service charge but if you explain your case to Cathy, she will give you an estimate on the phone which was in my case.

Superb Service and Quality of Care. From the Customer Service Representative named Eugene to Mike the Tech who came out. This company deserves 10 stars for the quality, and the time they sacrifice to come out to do an amazing job! My parents had a 20 year old Gas water heater that needed to be replaced. I wish I had pictures, my Dad parked his car in the garage now I cant get pictures of the beautiful water heater. I will update before and after pictures soon. Plus this company doesnt rip you off! They do not compromise excellent service with lower prices. They are the best in town as far as Im concerned. Great job guys!

From beginning to end, our experience was amazing. They are the best contractors we have ever worked with and it's clear they are here to do the job right and take pride in their work. We had our HVAC fully replaced, converted our water tank from gas to electric, and upgraded our electrical panel. They are SMUD approved contractors that are very knowledgeable about rebate programs and will file the paperwork for you. Our work was all permitted and the inspector was very impressed with their work.We worked with several different employees, from initial quoting, admin, to techs, and had a great experience. Communication was easy and they helped make these projects stress free, especially considering the scale of the work that was being done! Competitively priced and great value for quality workmanship. Super Brothers installed a heat pump water heater for us. The entire staff was courteous and professional and handled everything from start to finish including the paperwork. Dimitri did an outstanding job with the install and did it alone. Impressive because it was an all day job! What I most appreciated is when I had some trouble getting hot water the next day, they came right out and got everything situated; it was just a setting on the mixing valve, no big deal. He even came back half an hour later to make sure we were still getting hot water. We definitely felt taken care of. Highly recommend!
