I called Roman to install a 3-way shower valve in a very small and cramped place. He arrived when he said he would and started right away. He worked for the rest of the day, but had to come back to finish the following day. Again, he was on time and worked a full day to finish. He stood by his initial quote, did an excellent job and cleaned up after he finish. Very satisfied with his work, and I would definitely call him again if I have any plumbing issue. I highly recommend calling Roman for your plumbing needs.

I have two dishwashers that are incorrectly installed and so sometimes there isn't enough pressure to get the water through the pipes. They started acting up when starting a wash cycle where the water would flow into the adjoining sink. Roman was actually the third plumber I called into to diagnose the issue. The first one was able to figure out the issue and didn't have a snake tool so he had to come back another day. The 2nd one was a highly rated service on thumbtack, but it looks like the tech that was sent wasn't too experienced . The tech snaked the pipes but eventually couldn't resolve the issue and then brought in his manager and the manager attempted to upsell me into redoing the piping. Roman was the only one that was able to resolve the issue by snaking the pipes and then snaking the airGap pipe on the roof. This allowed for more air to flow through and it resolved the issue. So far dishwasher and sink are working as expected. He initially quoted me a small amount as the initial diagnostic was a 1-2 hr job. It actually took allot longer as the issue was more complex. He charged me the same amount that he initially quoted. Overall, I would use him again and will refer him to friends.
