I wanted to replace my old water heater on a short notice, and Roman has done an excellent job with that. He was available to come by literally the next day for an evaluation. Upon discussion of various options, Roman drove to the store and picked up the best option matching my budget requirements and preferences, and then returned on-site to have it installed, such that the whole process had been completed within an afternoon, and I was set with the new heater installed and working. Hired them to fix a shower. They wrongly diagnosed it to be an issue with pipes and proposed to cut open the walls. I decided to take a second opinion, and it turned out to be a simple 15 min fix for another plumber. They also put the shower handles back in a wrong order when they left. I’ll definitely look elsewhere next time.
