Roman provided exceptional service installing a water softener and RO system for my kitchen sink. From the start, his communication was transparent and professional. Before beginning the work, he thoroughly explained the installation process for the water softener. His expertise was evident throughout the project. When we needed materials, he took the initiative to pick them up from the local Ace Hardware. He even went into the crawl space to fix the drain pipe, demonstrating his commitment to completing every aspect of the job properly.
