- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base Rates: We have our lowest standard rates for various types of work, and specific repairs. Service Fees: Usually we waive any fee and do the work, and we provide receipts for parts if you did not purchase your own Discounts: available discounts, if you request more than one service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as you contacted us, we will discuss the best possibilities. And once the job is done, guarantee for some time 3 months-1 year, to come back and fix the issue, but with best parts, and our best service, should not be any problems
- What types of customers have you worked with?
