Bunnies Plumbing came out to estimate to repair my shower for free. He was not able to repair it on the spot and gave me a quote for a bigger project. Although I did not hire him to do the job, he was very professional and responsive to my inquiry. Fortunately, I was able to find someone else that could solve my issue without needing to do a big project but I appreciate Bunnies Plumbing to come out to take a look at my problem.

I highly recommend Bunnies Plumbing! They recently fixed a leaky kitchen faucet at my house and were incredibly professional and trustworthy. I had thought that our kitchen faucet leak might be solved fairly quickly, but my goodness--that was LIGHTNING fast! He put booties on before entering our home, and when I showed him the leak and where I thought the leak was coming from, he showed me how it was actually from another spot. After a brief discussion on how to proceed, he grabbed a wrench from his truck and finished fixing it before I even managed to lock up my cat! Extremely happy with the professionalism, and his willingness to fix it so quickly and didn't even charge me?? AMAZING! Thank you, Bunnies Plumbing!

The team went into our crawl space to look at the connection and provided us with a recommendation to avoid this problem. Our drain is clog-free and we'll contact Bunnies for future work.
