We had an issue with water not properly draining from our washing machine. NuGen Plumbing came out very soon after I contacted them and snaked our drain. So far, we have not had a repeat of the problem. They were very timely and friendly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Norman was wonderful. He knew how to fix the problem immediately. He only charged for the hour he was here and then charged for parts needed. I had a few of the parts needed already purchased at the hardware store so he used those at no cost. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend him for any plumbing repairs.

EZ Plumbing recently installed a tankless water heater at my home. They were not the cheapest estimate I received, however, they did take the time to answer the plethora of questions I threw at them and were very patient with me throughout the process. The install was very clean and they even hauled away my old water heater. So far, we are very happy with the tankless water heater and the job that was done.

Kevin was very hardworking, diligent and did high quality work. He was responsive to what I needed and provided a very reasonable price for the work, including a military discount. He was professional with his estimating, sending me the quotes (broken down by task) by text and after all work was completed, did a final inspection and took photos of everything he had done, which he included with the final invoice, texted to me as well. First off , I would highly recommend High Speed Rooter and Plumbing! They helped turn a nightmare situation into a huge relief.
I originally reached out thinking I had a clogged pipe. I’m a new home owner and was trying to get a washer installed. Frank came out and patiently took his time to diagnose the issue, ensuring that we had all the information and evidence needed to decide what to do next.
Turns out, our new home which was built in the 1950s had cracked and corroded cast iron pipes throughout the house and in our front yard. Obviously, this is an incredibly stressful and worst situation for any new home owner to discover, and had to replace asap. Frank, his manager, and the rest of the team at HSR&P were so empathetic, efficient and very professional. They completely fixed my issue in two days, just in time for my previously scheduled appointment with movers. While stressful, they made the process so much better for us because you felt that you could trust them.
