Chuy went out of his way to repair an ancient shower wall faucet that had been leaking badly for months. Our shower was installed and new in 1983. Rather than cut through walls, he went out and found a faulty valve replacement part that worked beautifully in our old shower. This also saved us about $400 had he just replaced the whole unit. He drove from a call in Irvine to Palm Desert and kept us in the loop, to arrive on time. We now have a “resident “ plumber whom I will always call and recommend in the future. This “0le” house will present problems in the future. Thank you Chuy, great job!

This was such a nice surprise. He came the same day and fixed the problem and replaced the turn offs under my sinks. The prior plumbing company I paid to fix this left it worse than when they started and charge much more for the service. THANK YOU!!

We needed to swap out our water heater and change it over to a tankless water heater. Chuy came out and checked the space, did research to find the most appropriate and reliable tankless unit for us and ran a couple of options by us so we had our choice. He was able to get complete the work in our required timeline, was communicative and professional the entire process, and did a very nice job with the install - leaving everything very clean and secure. We will definitely use his services in the future for plumbing needs!
