Amazing people!! Sent a message on Thumbtack for inquiring about an emergency plumbing issue (no hot water, tank issues) and Vince responded asap. He texted and called to let me know he was available for help. Excellent communication and customer service. Came out and fixed the issue in about two hours. Wonderful people, will hire in case of any issues with plumbing in the future. Very highly recommended.

Vince and his crew provided an excellent and through assessment of our property’s sewer drain replacement from original cast iron (which was corroding and beginning to show age) to ABS.
They worked tirelessly until the job was complete. Documented everything, and did an excellent job with their workmanship. I’d definitely work with them again. Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Highly recommend!

I had a leak underneath my house so I called Proper Plumbing & Rooter. Vince came out in no time. He went under my house and found exactly where the leak was, took pictures and videos to help explain the issue,and then explained what my options were to fix the problem. We then agreed on a very fair price and he fixed the leak the same day. I am very happy with this company. I will continue to use them and also refer them to whoever needs a plumber.
