This was my first time using Thumbtack, so I read many reviews before reaching out to Donny. He was quick to respond and was very friendly and professional. Donny installed a new toilet and dispose of my old one. My water valve knob was rusted so he was able to replace the hose which he had available so it saved me time from having to go back to the store. Donny was quick and efficient.
