Alex was amazing to work with! This was my first time using Thumbtack and I had such a great experience! I reached out to Alex for some general plumbing work and I kid you not within three minutes of me submitting my request he called me directly and gave his availability . He was very communicative and easy to work with and also clearly very capable and able to help with the various projects we had. We had him come to our house next to sneaky drain and then two days later to install 2 toilets. He was really great at communicating his availability and showing up at the time he promised. He was available to connect over the phone, via Thumbtack, and via text. We are very happy with our cleanup that drains quickly as well as our bathroom toilets ! We would 100% recommend working with Alex and will contact him again in the future!

Very good experience overall. Came right away and identified the issue very quickly. Was thoughtful and responsive. Leak is completely fixed and all good. He charged us $675 to snake two drains, replace a valve, replace toilet, dispose of old toilet. Was more expensive than i thought but overall still good experience.
