Billy was great! Billy replaced an outdoor water spiket and also replaced a master bathroom toilet. There was a slight condensation issue after the install but Billy fixed the problem. Martin and his crew were able to get an emergency plumbing repair done on a weekend no less! He came out the same day (Saturday) to assess and started the project the next day (Sunday) and completed by Tuesday. Martin was easy to communicate with, punctual, and did what he said he would. I choose service providers based on Reviews so I chose Craftsman Plumbing based on that. I received a response within 30 minutes and had the appointment scheduled for the next morning. Arthur came out to add a new water line with house bib. The quote was very reasonable so he made suggestions to make sure he was doing the job the way I wanted it done. He gave me the quote, I approved it, he ran out to get the specifics parts needed, came back and knocked it put in no time. Excellent work, clean and neat and gave me some great suggestions. To me, the value is in the little things and Arthur was perfectly detail oriented. It didn’t hurt that Arthur is super friendly with an easy going personality. I will definitely be calling CP again the next time I need plumbing work. Highly recommend.

I appreciated that they came to resolve the issue on the same day, however I lost confidence on his knowledge when he was about to give up, blaming the overflow of water on the toilet when I had sewer water coming up my bathtub drain. My husband had to convince him there was an issue with the plumbing for him to continue to insert the plumbing snake into the pipe instead of sending us to buy a new toilet. I’m giving him 2 stars because the clog appears to have been removed and I currently do not have sewer water coming up my toilet and bathtub. I’m taking away stars because of the disregard for my property. He left my house full or nasty sewer water shoe prints. He would have continued to ruin the carpet if my husband had not asked him to stop tracking mud. The overall experience was stressful with the lack of confidence on what the issue was and the disrespect for my home.

Sergio's initial job was to install 3 toilets. He quoted me based on what was initially asked of him to do. Once he removed the toilets he noticed that my flanges needed to be replaced. He took the time to show me why they needed to be replaced and gave me a fair quote on the total job. Sergio and his assistant were very professional and knowledgeable. Kevin was very punctual, informative and provided me a quick and affordable quote to repair a cracked pipe we had in our main water line. He took his time to inform me what he was going to do showed me where the crack was and once repaired showed me the complete repair before filling the dirt back and putting concrete back in. Billys Services took on the job of replacing all of the water lines leading from the city meter to and throughout my house. As part of that job, his men also replaced the bathroom floor and all of the bathroom fixtures. Additionally, the drain from the kitchen sink was rerouted to allow the water to flow more directly to the sewer line. Because my hot water heater is powered by natural gas, the tank had to be replaced in order to comply with my citys building code. Once everything was in place, the bathroom floor and walls around the bathtub were tiled and the rest of the walls painted. All of this work was scheduled for completion within a two-week period. Heavy rains, however, caused the job to last a few days longer.
Overall I am extremely pleased with the work done by Billy Blankenship. His workers were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I was given a projected cost before the work ever commenced and the job did not exceed that amount. In my opinion, Billy Blankenship is very honest and is more than willing to work with his potential customers to ensure their complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone whose home is in need of plumbing and/or remodeling.
The only thing I could suggest as an improvement to his company might be better communication with and among those who work for him.
