Bronzon responded to my call immediately and arrived at my house within an hour. Using his sophisticated video equipment, he was able to zero in on why my toilet wasn't flushing properly. Turns out a cast iron pipe about three feet long underneath my house needed to be replaced. Roots had also gotten into the pipes. He shared the video and his expertise gladly with me, even sent copies to my email. Very personable while exhibiting passion for his work. Hard working, honest and ethical. All the other positive reviews are truly deserved. This professional certainly warrants one's consideration.

I have never dealt with someone so ethical before in my life!! I inquired about a clogged toilet and bronzon suggested a service. The service didn’t fix my toilet so we rescheduled for another day and he was going to manually look at my toilet. It wasn’t until he fixed the issue that he collected or even asked me for payment. He even cleaned out my sink with no extra charge!
