- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give upfront flat rate pricing before we begin any work. Due to lower overhead we are often more affordable then many of the big companies and offer the highest service and workmanship in the business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we arrive at the customers home, we will gather information about the problem they are having. We will do an investigation to get familiar with the home and then present options for repair or replacement. Once finished, we will clean up our job site and complete invoice/payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Responsible master plumber with the yearly training and continuing education.
