Bacon was awesome! Caden took care of everything quickly, was super friendly, and explained all my options, and made sure I was fully satisfied before wrapping up! Cant recommend these guys enough.They came back for day 2 for the AC repairs needed. Explained everything, gave my AC system some much needed love, and was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. John was the consummate professional and did an amazing job!

This was my first time dealing with a water issue. My bill jumped 3 to 4 times the normal bill amount. I called the water company, and they said they could see that my home showed water usage constantly every hour of the day. I remembered seeing the Everyone loves Bacon vans around town, so I called them. They came within a couple hours to do a check and give an estimate. They lady on the phone I spoke with was very professional and kind. I don't remember her name, unfortunately. Conner was the tech that came to my home. He also was professional and friendly. He let me know my upstairs toilet was running due to warped parts in the tank. He explained all my options so I could choose what best fit my needs and budget. He also offered to sign me up for their friends and family. He explained in detail about the program. He was knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. I did sign up for it. This was my 1st experience with a plumbing issue and using Bacon. I don't need to look for any other plumber for future needs, Because of the great experience both on the phone and with Conner, Bacon will be my go to.

Cristian, Bailey, Garrett, Marcos all wonderful to work with. Cristian found line break, then repairs fell into place from there, including the digging crew! My pocketbook is a little less heavy, but there is no longer a break. Kudos to Bacon and everyone that came out to help. Final piece was Ryan coming out to ensure septic system properly working. Thanks, again!
