Absolutely amazing service! I reached out to get clarification on a cracked pipe due to a recent freeze and within a day they came out and fixed it on the spot. Dustin was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he took the time to explain the issue and walk through the repair. Great customer service all around. Two years ago MasterTex installed a new water heater including a water shut off valve in our attic. This morning we had no hot water as the shut off valve was tripped. John came out the same day, earlier than promised, and fixed the problem gratis. Great service. The problem was a leaky roof that was just repaired!
