On March 29, 2016, a pipe burst in our neighbor’s home which caused water to seep into our basement, causing flooding. After a lot of back in forth with our insurance company we were finally able to file a claim. Serve-pro was suggested by our insurance company to perform the mitigation. After the 3-day mitigation process the affected carpet was concluded damaged. After a week of frustration trying to find a contractor that could perform the restoration I decided to get on here and start searching for a contractor. I had 6 contractors assess the damage and give me proposals. Most of the proposals were overpriced and the contractors didn't inspire confidence. I finally decided to contact Cletus, he was very responsive to my initial phone call and came to look at the basement the next day. He gave me an estimate and ensured me he would restore the damages to our basement. He and his crew were very professional yet friendly. They removed contents from the affected spaces, which was really going above and beyond what I would expect. I would highly recommend them to others. Top notch service and very knowledgeable of water, mold remediation, and restoration. He kept us informed on the progress and worked hard to be done by the deadline. He did exactly what he promised and more, I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone needing water restoration.
