- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As for our work we use a program that is based of industry standards so all pricing varies per project. We give, state and federal government discounts along with Military, Students (above the age of 18 and homeowner), Must have valid ID to receive those discounts. We do insurance work and cash jobs as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take down all the initial information ( Contact information: name, address, phone number, Policy information( if we are coming out to do work and not just estimate) go to the estimate, do a visual inspection write an estimate up good for 6 months When Customer hires us we will draw up the contract and have customer sign it and we will bring equipment into home to start the clean up process. Homeowner will be looped in on any information we find out during the clean up process. Submits invoice to Insurance company or homeowner if not a claim.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have education and training in mold remediation and Water damage.
