Could not provide me with a written estimate. I asked for a written estimate breaking down all the repairs and costs for paying out of pocket to replace damaged floors and they said they could not provide it .

This homeowner had us at her home via another app a few weeks ago . We provided a verbal estimate to make sure that she was ok with our price prior to us writing it . She stated at that time that the water damage just happened when it was clearly old . She then reached out to via Thumbtack not knowing it was us again and she stated on the phone that the water damage just happened when it clearly did not . We told her we have been to her home before and that we would not come back . She then gave us a fabricated review . We plan on taking legal action for defamation. We have been in business for 23 years and take our business reputation seriously .

My basement flooded earlier this summer while I was out of town and being a single lady I didn't know where to start with the repairs.
