- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is unique and it depends on the severity of that specific issue. That is why we offer free on-site estimate for qualified potential customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we assess the client's issue by asking specific questions. Once all their information is gathered, we proceed to send a supervisor technician to do an on-site visual inspection. The client is then presented with an estimate. Once the estimate is approved, we continue by scheduling the client and proceeding with the work scope.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified mold removers as well as licensed contractors.
