- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We treat our customer like family members. Therefore, our prices are very affordable. Seniors and veterans get 10% discount anytime of the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We diagnose the problem and explain to the customer in detail. Give the estimate cost of the work to be done. We do the work only after the agreement on the price with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified for drain cleaning, plumbing and water mitigation.
