Carlos and his team are wonderful! They came to my rescue when I found that there was some mold in the basement of my mom’s house. They they were very knowledgeable about mold remediation and put a barrier on the interior and repaired the exterior brick to prevent more water from coming in. They also painted the entire basement and wipe down all the furniture to get rid of all the mold after they sent out a sample. Air Quality test came out Mold free. I was so happy with their work that I asked them to paint my first and second floor and repair any other small items around the house. Thank you for bringing back mom mom’s house and giving it the TLC it deserved.

Prices are basically standard in this field, what it makes the difference is the measurement of square footage on every job, that's what determinate the final price.

Listen to the potential customers about what's the problem and concerns of it, then identify potential situations based on customers information, proper equipment to check moisture/ humidity, etc. Everything is depending on the problem for I was called for.
