Carlos and his team were great! They did a fantastic job taking care of a slow/hidden leak that once appeared, of course led to mold and restoration services. Quick to respond, same-day estimate, and most importantly - straight forward and honest with no upselling. After contacting several different companies for quotes, etc., we learned how most mold restoration companies don’t take you from start to finish like Carlos does. They will tear everything out and remediate the mold but they don’t actually “restore”. You have to find someone else for that. I think this is what sets them apart in this market. Restoration Services DMV, LLC (Carlos and team) will handle everything from mold remediation to full restoration of your ceilings and walls. No need to sit with open walls/studs while you research and vet a bunch of different contractors to wrap up the job. They made navigating a stressful situation pretty easy and for that we are thankful. We would definitely hire them again. Special shoutout to the “closer” Kelvin for his excellent drywall and painting job! The finished work looks like nothing ever happened.

Prices are basically standard in this field, what it makes the difference is the measurement of square footage on every job, that's what determinate the final price.
