They were very quick to get to my home and remove water from my basement. Work with insurance company to get our reimbursement. Process was easy and smooth. Would definitely recommend them!

Prime Home Tech technicians were all professional and very nice to work with. They do their job well and very clean. We had major water damage from a leak. They removed wet dry wall and floor, setup equipment to dry it efficiently, and promptly repaired everything again very nicely. I appreciated the responsiveness and them directly working with our insurance.

We had a bathroom leak that was pretty extensive and caused damage in 3 rooms including our newly finished wood floors. Mohammed was extremely responsive and was at our house the following morning to start remediating the damage. This was our first insurance claim and he helped guide us through the process while also making sure the damage didn’t get anywhere else. I highly recommend using them! They are so responsive and went above and beyond to help us out.

This would have been a 5 but he was really great with advising me on no need to use his services to wet vac water!!!! I really appreciate that advice. With that being said, I'm sure his work is a good as his word, if not better!! Thank you, Mohammed.

The Rep came out and reviewed the water damage and prepared an estimate as I had requested. I ended up going with another company but I would have no problem working with them in the future.
