Prime Home Tech technicians were all professional and very nice to work with. They do their job well and very clean. We had major water damage from a leak. They removed wet dry wall and floor, setup equipment to dry it efficiently, and promptly repaired everything again very nicely. I appreciated the responsiveness and them directly working with our insurance.

We had a bathroom leak that was pretty extensive and caused damage in 3 rooms including our newly finished wood floors. Mohammed was extremely responsive and was at our house the following morning to start remediating the damage. This was our first insurance claim and he helped guide us through the process while also making sure the damage didn’t get anywhere else. I highly recommend using them! They are so responsive and went above and beyond to help us out.

Mohammad was super patient with us while we were awaiting a check from Home Depot to cover water damage that they caused us from a washer/dryer delivery. I was so grateful to have found his business on here! He walked us through the process and was always available if we had questions. If we weren’t happy with something, he went above and beyond to make sure we would be happy with the end result. Can’t say enough good things about him! And we love our new floor to boot!

Mohammad, Abdul, and other crew came at a time of anxiety for me and my family, as I'd imagine they often do. From the day of the initial estimate, Mohammad was straightforward, direct, and helpful. He laid out expectations, provided clear cost estimates, and did not sugar coat! Although it turned out our claim was not approved by the home insurance company (I have since added coverage for water seepage), Mohammad walked us through how to go through that process, what else needed to be done to assure safety, and how to get our house back together. The company did all the assessment, clean up, testing, and mold eradication. They only demolished the minimum areas necessary to assess the extent of damage and dry it out. To renovate the house, we had a choice of using workmen he contracts with or other companies we knew, and we figured out a workable plan. Abdul is also a nice guy. If this ever happens again (which I sincerely hope not), we will certainly call Prime Tech again!
