Just called Star Plumbing for a clogged toilet on a Sunday and Will came out within two hours of the call. Fixed the issue quickly, explained some things to keep it unclogged, and corrected the slow water flow for the faucets in the sink without even being asked. The cost was inexpensive. Requested quotes from multiple plumbers for a replacing a defective/leaking flush valve on one of my toilets. I had noted, I already had the part and just needed labor. Several wanted to charge a trip fee before they would even offer a quote and would not even offer an estimate. Emergency Plumbing (Konstantin) was very responsive. He had to come out for two visits because I had bought the wrong part and he was understanding and did not even bring up charging me a trip fee for the 1st visit. He completed the work and left everything in order and clean and I was very satisfied with his workmanship and honesty. I would highly recommend using Emergency Plumbing and will make sure to call them for all of our future plumbing needs.

Emergency Plumbing was absolutely wonderful!My husband attempted to try and fix the toilet himself, which was a complete disaster! We contacted Konstantin, and he came out within two hours. He was very professional, and charged a fair price, considering there was a little more work involved, and a new supply line had to be installed. After the work was done, Konstantin even cleaned up the bathroom when he was finished. My husband and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him and Emergency Plumbing again. Thank you for getting our one and only bathroom back in proper working order. You saved the day!!!

Smooth Flow Plumbing
I initially reached out to Smooth Flow Plumbing for a kitchen faucet replacement and was impressed by the quick response. However, my experience quickly went downhill due to the plumber’s unprofessional attitude.
When I simply asked to see a picture of the new faucet, he got defensive and responded with, “What is it that you want to know?”—which felt unnecessarily rude for such a basic request. As a customer, I have every right to see what is being installed in my home. His dismissive attitude immediately raised red flags, so I decided to take my business elsewhere.
Even after trying to be polite and leaving the door open for future work, he shockingly replied, “Don’t ever contact me again.” That kind of response is completely unacceptable from someone in a customer-facing business. On top of that, his prices are quite high compared to other plumbers who offer the same service with a much better attitude.
If you value professionalism, fair pricing, and basic respect, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of skilled plumbers out there who actually appreciate their customers—Smooth Flow Plumbing is not one of them.
