Matthew came and swiftly fixed an issue I was having with my bathtub handle caused by some bad work by a former handyman of mine that 3 other handymen could not fix. The first time he came and quickly diagnosed the issue I was honestly stunned that he had the solution and it was simple enough to not need to cut a whole in the wall to access the piping, which the other guys had told me would be necessary. He said if his idea didn't work, he might need to, but he was pretty sure it was gonna work, and he didn't want me to have to pay for all that, which really spoke to his honesty. He had to order a part which only took a couple days, and on his second visit he had the issue fixed within 15 minutes. It was such a relief! He was also cool to talk to. I was in the midst of an addiction to Baldur's Gate (a videogame) at the time and he had played it too and we talked about it for a bit. Anyway, good and able man that Matthew!

He was responsive and not only realized I had been sold the wrong part but caught a eroded part and went and got the correct part and did quick repair. I would hire him again. He wanted Venmo, debit card, or cash; not a check or credit card.
