These are the guys you call so that you don’t have to keep calling a plumber. My sewer line was cracked at the street and cracked at my house. They repaired everything added a clean out that won’t look ugly or break. They used top grade materials, full permits which were a pain to get and left me with the distinct feeling that I will die of old age before that Sewer needs to be repaired again. If Mike Holmes had a sewer company it would be Darins Inc.

The Drains Inc. team was incredibly communicative during my quoting process to have my drain rodded. Tim provided me with some estimates while making it clear that if problems arose, the cost could potentially change. I had to reschedule on him twice and he was incredibly flexible to meet my needs. When the team arrived, they came in, assessed the situation, and got the job done quickly. They shared their findings, explained what actions they took, and provided me with some coaching on how to maintain things in the future. Great experience.

We offer free estimates by phone or in person. All our pricing is up front and on written contracts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give us a call and explain your issues to us we will be glad to try to get you an upfront pricing over the phone or come out and give you a free estimate we like meeting our customers in person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm licensed through the city of Chicago to do all underground plumbing and drainage work. we are licensed by all the towns that we work in and we are insured up to two million dollars.
