Carroll Plumbing
Based on a prior good experience with Carroll Plumbing, I contacted the company for a plumbing issue at my house. The issue was not corrected--though I was charged $500--and I've now had to contact another plumbing company and pay additional money. I followed up with Carroll Plumbing to privately--and hopefully amicably--resolve this issue but was met with defensiveness, blame-shifting and obfuscation. Multiple requests for the company's plumbing license information have not been answered.

Will and his team are PROS!!! They are great at what they do. If anyone needs plumbing at their home his the one to go too! You won’t regret it! I had multiple plumbers came and estimated the works for existing flood control system, most people recommended me to just replace the entire system which would cost $5000~10000. Mark was honest about the work, he came and inspected system, broke down the issue and honest about the fix for the problem. He helped me change the ejector pump and tries his best to look for a part that was outdated and very hard to find. I would rehire Mark in the future and would recommend Mark for any plumbing works.

Chris was able to take care of my project right away. We had a shower head that needed a cartridge and stem replaced. He showed up when he said he would, assesed the problem told me the cost for labor and estimated cost for parts. He went to the plumbing store and took care of getting exactly what we needed and it matched what we had! He installed and cleaned up. All in all it was done in about 2 hours. I'm very happy with the service and would call him again if needed. I would also reccomend him to others.
