Had a wonderful experience with FlowPro Plumbing, from booking to the work being done. They were quick and responsive, and got me scheduled asap. The plumber Luigi N was fantastic. We had 2 other companies come out (not booked thru Thumbtak) previously and were very unhappy, they rushed thru and didn't explain what work needed to be done and why - and then didnt finish it adequately. Third time we went with Thumbtak and FlowPro based on reciews. Luigi was early, easy to communicate with, answered all my questions, very professional. He recommended and explained work that needed to be done and I didn't feel rushed. I will absolutely use them for all future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

FlowPro got back to me quickly about my job and had someone assigned within an hour. It took only a day to get someone out and on site to diagnosis and resolve my issues. While I thought it would be a smaller job, it did turn out to be a bigger project, but I am very satisfied in the work and feel our house and plumbing is future-proofed.

Jayson was so responsive & was able to have Luigi out to my house the next day to help me with a leak under my kitchen sink. Luigi was great at explaining what needed to be done, was very thorough with the repair and in no time fixed a nagging leak I had been dealing with off & on for over a year. I wish I had called FlowPro sooner but I know now who my go-to will be in the future for any plumbing issues.

Fast response when posted job on Sunday.Joe was very knowledgeable and skillful and easy to talk to. He addressed my additional plumbing concerns/ which he was well prepared to handle by having supplies on his truck. Fair price to have a licensed insured certified plumber. I felt very confident with the jobs he completed and best thing of all, no leaks. Well actually there were no leaks in the beginning but he had to replace parts and no new leaks noted. Will definitely use service for future plumbing jobs.

Quality of the work was impeccable. Jayson responded to my call very promptly and was also able to schedule my appointment the same day. Michael Neo showed up right on time and was able to fix my water heater issues by the end of the day. He also walked me through the issues first step by step so that I had an understanding of the details that needed to be fixed. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend FlowPro Plumbing for any plumbing or annual maintenance of the water heater.
