Hiring an HVAC professional is always kind of intimidating because you never know if you’re going to get a professional with lots of experience or someone who really doesn’t know the best way to tackle the problem.
Ozzy from Ice City AC responded to my request within seconds even though I requested help around 10 o’clock at night. He quickly accommodated the best time for me on the very next day and showed up exactly on time. Before getting started, he listened to everything I told him that I knew about my air conditioning problem and then immediately started problem-solving it.
Within just a few minutes he knew exactly what part needed to be fixed and had it available in his work truck. After doing a great installation, he walked me through the best way I can maintain my AC and extend its life by doing some general cleaning and maintenance.
