Offered options to the problem, not just 1 remedy. We chose to replace the condenser — Adrian showed up on time as discussed,, installed, cleaned up after himself, stuck around to make sure all went correctly— all monies were EXACTLY as discussed without surprise charges.

As a medical laboratory, these systems must be kept up as certain rooms must maintain their set temperatures. Although we are a new client, we are off to a strong beginning. They have scheduled us promptly and serviced our systems. During their routine service inspection, they found one unit needing a secondary pan installed, something a previous company had failed to do. Some of our filters were fine; others needed changing.
