I am so happy to write this 5 star review! As soon as I put in request, I received a call back. The technicians came the same day although it was rainy and cold and my airconditioner is on the roof. They were friendly, respectful and worked to identify the issue although it took time to do the diagnostics in the nasty weather. When they found and explained the problem, it was clear to me what they found and I agreed to proceed with the repair. They checked to see if our compressor was still under warranty (it was) and immediately ordered it. They let us know when the compressor would be available. returned with it as promised, went back on the roof, installed it, and it works beautifully. I highly recommend them!

An excellent experience! Very responsive, respectful, and experienced. I just bought a beach condo and the AC was as old as the 40 yr old building but still working. It was leaking and badly needed cleaning since mold had previously been a problem in my condo unit. Understanding my goal for pristine clean air, the technician came within hours and took a look around and made a great recommendation to install a halo air filtration system, ultraviolet light, AC cleaning, air duct cleaning, merv filters, new valves, and new hoses. The following day a team showed up with a large truck filled with supplies and personnel to get the job done. Any question I had was answered and they held my building maintenance team to the highest standard of the code. I am super pleased with my experience.
