I think his name was Kevin?? Responded on the app on a Sunday!! Was at my house 25 mins later. Hooked up my new thermostat . Looked at my ac unit . Tripped the breaker and left. House was never colder!!! Thanks for coming out on a Sunday and saving the day.

My AC was freezing up, and not blowing cool air. I reached out to Kevin after hours... about 5:30pm after a previous company cancelled. He called me back right away, and made arrangements to come that same day. The sun had gone down, and there wasn't enough light to do the full repair. He was able to start the repair, and fix the unit enough so it could function that night. He returned to complete the repair. He is very thorough. He explains in detail what the issue is, and what needs to be done to fix it. Would call him again in the future to service my AC.
