I’ve had several AC techs work on my property and he was the only one to tell me that the AC filters I was using for years were too small! This affected the type of services I needed. SMH! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary but for the most part we use a flat rate. Telling prices over the phone is inaccurate that’s why we offer free estimates if the job is done at the moment of the visit in order to provide more educated estimates .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain everything to the customers before starting any work. As a form of payments we accept cash ,credit cards , Zelle.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Sheridan technical college and graduated as HVAC tech. Since then I been keeping up with the lates technology when it comes to the HVAC business.
