I reached out this morning and spoke to Jimmy. I gave him my tenants contact info. Before the morning was over they had been to my rental and completed the maintenance on the unit. Before the unit was serviced there was green something in the pan. They placed some tablets in the drain pan, too. Put a piece of pipe on the outside condensate line and re rapped the copper line with insulation. Thanks Jimmy and Team!

Jimmy answered right away and hile he could not come immediately he was true to his word about arriving at a specific time. I do not expect people to drop what they are doing to tend to my services but I do expect for someone to keep their word. Not only was he punctual but extremely professional and knowledgeable.
