They came over on a Sunday and repaired my air conditioning unit and got it up and running within a few hours. They were very professional and pricing was reasonable. I would recommend them to other folks who have air-conditioning issues.

I cannot say enough thank yous or give high enough praise to B&M Service. I walked in the door after work to very hot and unhappy family members, and a boyfriend who was convinced tonight was the night to tackle DIY hvac repair. Thankfully B&M answered my call for help first and they got here and had the problem diagnosed (bad capacitor) and fixed (replaced the capacitor) in less than an hour (and before my boyfriend got his tools out)! We are all sleeping in a nice cool house tonight thanks to B&M! I will not hesitate to call them in the future. There was no service fee and the total price to replace the capacitor was super reasonable…they were professional and did not stick us with a huge bill knowing we were desperate to get some cold air. True professionals! Thanks again guys!

Andrew was our AC tech and he was professional, quickly on task, replaced a capacitor and contactor. A photo was shown of what it looked like before the repair, not good. The price was reasonable and this company is trustworthy. I was so happy to have found them and they will be the only ones to call next time and I will definitely refer them to everyone I know. They have earned their five star reviews. It’s a breath of fresh air to find a company with integrity and not price gouge!

so far, so good... AC is working. Sergeii was very responsive and sent a worker within 3 hours to repair our ac. UPDATED: Sergeii and his staff continue to impress. Another AC issue occurred 2 weeks after initial repair to our other AC unit. Sergeii sent an employee out immediately at no charge to add freon to our 2nd AC unit. I highly recommend Sergeii and his staff for AC repair.
