Kevin answered immediately to my request. He spoke with me on the phone and exlained everything. He was very plesant and professional and offered to come and solve the problem the same evening. However, my issue got resolved and I couldn't use Kevin this time. I will use him for sure in the future for my HVAC needs.

Gerald was the first professional to follow up and confirm a time to diagnose the issue I was having with an AC unit. He was professional and explained the issue to me clearly so I felt comfortable moving forward with the solution he suggested. The issue was resolved and he gave me tips on how to prevent future problems. Highly recommended if you’re having issues with an HVAC system.

DO NOT HIRE! I have zero positive things to say about this company. From the moment you speak with the receptionist to dispatch, to the technicians—-horrible! No communication, no follow thru. Much too big of a company and they have no control over what each person is doing to professionally and fully complete a project. I really thought I found a new HVAC company but after finishing (hopefully finishing) this fiasco, it on to finding another contractor.

One of the most genuine people/companies you will find - Donald is very knowledgeable and kind, explained everything thoroughly. He even took the time to explain why one HVAC system is better than another, what he would do if it were his house, etc, and definitely not in any need or desire to upsell manner. Overall, he is very helpful! I've experienced many other companies in this industry and where most AC techs come across very crooked and shady, Donald is the opposite - a breath of fresh air with high integrity. I appreciate having found your company.

Oleg (FUSE HVAC and Appliance Repair) was very punctual and his quality of work as well as the value and professionalism was so appreciated! He explained everything, and I mean everything, in terms I could understand. He took photos of my frozen evaporator coil and even used his own resources to look up the Warranty conditions online from the manufacturer of my ac unit to determine that my evaporator coil is still under warranty. He will also locate and purchase the new coil for me and he is coming back in a couple of days to replace it. He filled my unit with some Freon so I can be cool until he returns with the part needed to repair my unit. I am thankful I chose him. I read in-depth about AC system problems and have gained a fair amount of knowledge regarding same for the purpose of avoiding scammers. I am convinced he is the real deal. He originally comes from Russia and has also worked in Germany and other countries doing this same type of work. He obviously has a vast amount of training and experience. In my opinion, he is a welcome breath of fresh air to the south Florida HVAC system repair industry. He sets a standard I wish was more prevalent in south Florida, but unfortunately is usually not the case as I have discovered in past experiences. Thank you Oleg!!

Definitely a great experience all around! Woke up to warm air blowing out of my vents. Not a good thing in south Florida. My first thought was Thumbtack, where I found Fuse HVAC. I chose them because they had great reviews! Now, I know why. They responded quickly to the request and were able to help me immediately. Oleg, the owner, put my mind at ease when he and Ivan arrived to my home. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Respectful of my property. Very professional. Kept me informed about the problem and explained my options. They did an impeccable job. I highly recommend this company!!! Will be calling them for service in the future!
