- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically we have a $18 Service/Consultation charge (waived if service or parts are required). We have the best prices around and Guarantee to BEAT any other price. We offer Veteran and Sr citizen discounts. We will also work with customers who have hardships on a case by case basis. We understand how tough it is raising a Family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set an appointment for the customer ASAP and provide the BEST price possible!! We will make sure to follow up with the new customer and answer any and all questions they may have to ensure they recieved excellent customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are current on all necessary licensing and certifications, all of our installers and service technicians are EPA certified and have up to date background checks. Our All American Cooling family meets once a week to go over all proper procedures to make sure we take the best route possible when serving our customers and all of South Florida.
