He came out to clean ducts. They were very professional, on time and did a great job on the ducts. They were also able to get the duct vent covers cleaned, which was tough because they were extremely covered in cigarette tar from the renters who lived here. Would recommend them. Also… no one tried to up sale me on anything or tried to tell me something was not working correctly. We recently had the unit fully inspected and knew the condition of the unit. He was honest and that’s not so easy to find these days. Hire him…

Anthony's responsiveness to my a/c issue was very quick. He was also very punctual, as well. He determined that my issue could be one of two things. He advised what he thought the main issue would be and did not try to get over or over charge us. He advised if we wanted him to come another time to do the coil cleaning that was up to us, but it wasn't necessary at that time. We really appreciated that! I will definitely be doing business with him in the future.

We hired All American Cooling at first to do a diagnosis and repair of our older AC Unit. Their prices for estimates and work were fair. Anthony was able to investigate the issue and offered a few options we had not considered before by previous technicians, to perform tests on the pipes to isolate a leak. We were considering replacing the unit as it was almost 10 years old. He was able to provide us with a fair estimate for a similar newer unit and saved us a significant amount of money by avoiding a crane rental that others were including on the install. Anthony was very responsive and clear on his communication, type of work to be performed and timeline. The install was not an easy one on a very rainy day but he and his crew came in and finished the job. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were satisfied with the job. He was easy to work with and would recommend him for repairs and installs. Thanks Anthony!

Typically we have a $18 Service/Consultation charge (waived if service or parts are required). We have the best prices around and Guarantee to BEAT any other price. We offer Veteran and Sr citizen discounts. We will also work with customers who have hardships on a case by case basis. We understand how tough it is raising a Family.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set an appointment for the customer ASAP and provide the BEST price possible!! We will make sure to follow up with the new customer and answer any and all questions they may have to ensure they recieved excellent customer service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are current on all necessary licensing and certifications, all of our installers and service technicians are EPA certified and have up to date background checks. Our All American Cooling family meets once a week to go over all proper procedures to make sure we take the best route possible when serving our customers and all of South Florida.
