Oleg was amazing!! This was the best experience I have ever had with any worker who has come to my house for repairs. He responded immediately and was at my door three hours later. He stayed all day until all the problems were solved on my HVAC system explaining all aspects of his work as he went along. Oleg is a true professional, knowledgeable, punctual, respectful, kind, and honest. I wish I could give 6 stars!

Oleg (FUSE HVAC and Appliance Repair) was very punctual and his quality of work as well as the value and professionalism was so appreciated! He explained everything, and I mean everything, in terms I could understand. He took photos of my frozen evaporator coil and even used his own resources to look up the Warranty conditions online from the manufacturer of my ac unit to determine that my evaporator coil is still under warranty. He will also locate and purchase the new coil for me and he is coming back in a couple of days to replace it. He filled my unit with some Freon so I can be cool until he returns with the part needed to repair my unit. I am thankful I chose him. I read in-depth about AC system problems and have gained a fair amount of knowledge regarding same for the purpose of avoiding scammers. I am convinced he is the real deal. He originally comes from Russia and has also worked in Germany and other countries doing this same type of work. He obviously has a vast amount of training and experience. In my opinion, he is a welcome breath of fresh air to the south Florida HVAC system repair industry. He sets a standard I wish was more prevalent in south Florida, but unfortunately is usually not the case as I have discovered in past experiences. Thank you Oleg!!
