Chris responded immediately and was on our property to inspect our AC within 2 hours of my posting. He made us aware that our AC was under warranty, which the actual installer (only 7 years ago) of the unit did not! So instead of being scammed out of $7000.00, we were fixed right up and now have a new maintenance agreement with Greyhound and feel that Chris' integrity is what earned him this business. I would highly recommend his business!

Very happy with my experience from Greyguard. They were able to come out the same day, within a couple hours. They knew exactly where the problem was so it took no time for them to fix my air conditioning. Will use them again. I will also recommend using them.

I was in a tight bind when my tenant in our Airbnb, located an hour and a half away from me, did not have air conditioning. After trying to reach someone who could come out all day, I finally contacted Chris who was available after hours. He was at the home within an hour and had the AC working while I finally fell asleep. So grateful to him for coming out in the dark, after hours, and making it his priority to fix the unit when no one else had time throughout the day.
