I was in a tight bind when my tenant in our Airbnb, located an hour and a half away from me, did not have air conditioning. After trying to reach someone who could come out all day, I finally contacted Chris who was available after hours. He was at the home within an hour and had the AC working while I finally fell asleep. So grateful to him for coming out in the dark, after hours, and making it his priority to fix the unit when no one else had time throughout the day.
