I was in a tight bind when my tenant in our Airbnb, located an hour and a half away from me, did not have air conditioning. After trying to reach someone who could come out all day, I finally contacted Chris who was available after hours. He was at the home within an hour and had the AC working while I finally fell asleep. So grateful to him for coming out in the dark, after hours, and making it his priority to fix the unit when no one else had time throughout the day.

We contacted Greyguard because our air conditioner stopped working. They sent out a technician within an hour. He went above and beyond the call and was extremely detailed oriented with his work. Our air conditioner stopped working at the worst time, on Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Thank you so much Christopher and Greyguard team! I am Thankful for him coming! I have a one story house, no cool air was blowing in for about 3/4 days (prior to me finding him on Thumbtack) and my children thankfully would be in school during the high of the sun, it was a terrible feeling, the air felt concentrated , nights were better because temperatures went down,anywho. Chris diagnosed the problem and provided a temporary fix to our over due issue(we will need a whole new system ) and we were finally in some fresh cold air again! This Family of 6 thanks you! From 87degrees inside our Home to our comfortable cool 74. Chris was able to explain to my Sister and I what was going on, gave recommendations and kept us informed on products and services that’d best work. Thank you again for coming through! We greatly appreciated it! Finally, A breath of Fresh air! Assess! He is professional and kind. He of course will be staying on our Roster. Thank you again Chris!
