They came on time and were able to solve the issue of the tub drain not draining out. We actually had a hair catcher inbuilt in the tub but didn't know how to reach and clean it.

Thanks to David, the rusted iron grate in our patio is moveable, and the years of storm drain stuff is gone. The drain is draining! I was worried we'd have to jackhammer up the pavement but David got everything working again. He was also great at communication which I appreciate (texting ETA, offering different options for the drain, and so on.) I appreciated that he cleaned up after the job, too!

He bid $125 to clear the drain of a light well. Came within the half hour arranged arrival window. Swept clean the roof area. Found after the water initially drained that water backed up again. Determined that there was another clog underground near the sewer connection. Since there was no cleanout at the ground level and drain pipes were corroded (I had patched holes with plumbers putty and duct tape) He replaced the pipes for another $250 plus parts. This involved cutting away some cross beams to pull the pips out. Only minor complaint I noticed the next day that was that he didn't close tight the faucet to get water for testing the drain so there was a slow drip.

Got the job done quickly and professionally! Luis arrived promptly and ready to work. We had a blocked kitchen drain, which was completely backed up. Luis took the time to understand the problem fully and was clear and concise with his intended solutions, like a plan A and B approach.

Marco came same day to unclog my shower drain. He cleaned what he could, but he also identified that a larger project of cleaning the pipes outside the building would unclog it more completely. Since this would require my landlord's approval, we did not move forward. Since he didn't feel like he was able to get the job done (even though his work was great and helpful for the interim), he didn't charge the full rate. I appreciated Marco's transparency and the information he gave me to share with my landlord to finish the job.

I received a call after I made the appointment online. They call you 10-30 minutes before the technician is expected to arrive. You also get an e-mail about the technician profile. This was very helpful! During the whole process of scheduling, the communication was fantastic.
The technician was very friendly, clean and on-time. He had a uniform and he wore booties before entering my house. He cared to keep the place very clean; he covered my floor before putting anything down on it.
I had a kitchen side sink that was not draining for over a year. He fixed it in less than 30 minutes (includes cleanup too!). I paid $193 for the service. After he left, I had no cleaning to do. He cleaned everything before leaving.

Ronnie was very professional and efficient. We had a clogged kitchen drain that had us worried for the past few days. After few unsuccessful attempts at trying to fix it ourselves, we gave in and decided to use Thumbtack to hire a professional. We are glad we called in Ronnie. Even though the clog was deep down the main line and took around 3 hours to fix, Ronnie was patient and explained the issue in detail. He did the job with no mess and cleaned up after.
